Every customer comes with a unique need. DRC Systems respects and facilitates the customers’ requirements and in turn tunes its services in accordance to the necessity.   Currently, at DRC Systems, we have our Business Model with three different options as mentioned below. However, we are open and flexible to accommodate other options, in case the customer’s interest and requirement remains unaddressed within the options mentioned below.

  • Time and Material Based
    • Within this category, we would like to offer our services to the customers who have constant and continuous evolving concepts and frequent requirements or to large size projects where the scope of the project is not minutely defined. This model is also applied for the maintenance and support projects. The pricing here can be based on hourly basis or on man-month basis whichever is most convenient to the customers need. Also, you hold the flexibility to change the model as and when you want in mutual consent.
  • Fixed Priced Model
    • This model is most commonly used with our customers who have a predefined project scope and expected deliverables. The estimation for these projects is being carried out by our project manager and co-coordinator. Hereafter, we propose the pricing to our customers and in case of any discrepancy in estimation; we resolve in believing by having one to one conversation and arrive at mutually agreeable price.
  • Dedicated Teams
    • This facility would be like extension of your IT divisions or the IT teams where a fixed number of resources would be directly working under your command and control. We would facilitate all the necessary infrastructure support like the computers, software, internet, VOIP, Messenger and all that is needed to fulfil this commitment. The dedicated facility will assure, customers needing continuous offshore development work of cost effectiveness, freedom from resource headaches and much more.

  • Partnership and Alliances
    • Here, we welcome marketing consultants, IT consultants, IT companies and IT divisions of the companies that would like to outsource their IT and software development needs to us. For marketing and IT consultants, we work with various options here like revenue sharing, profit sharing, fixed commissions, dedicated teams and more.

      • Combination of above two services that is offshore development at our DRC Center and then deployment and integration Onsite at customers’ location.
