I have been working with DRC Systems since last 2 years and I have seen DRC growing from a child to maturity from a team of 9 people to a team of 60 people. Growth in all terms. What excites me the most is the environmental and structural flexibility that any employee can avail to harness his entrepreneurial persona and create his own sub-enterprise within the organization that tend to boost and enhance the company's progress and direction.
I have seen every individual with a craving to perform better continually.
I must admit that it’s been very good experience working with DRC Systems since last 2 years. I am feeling proud that I was part of DRC Systems journey starting from 1st employee till now. They always identify individuals' skills and motivate them to enhance and utilize the same for company's as well as personal growth. Since last 14 months, I am working with DRC Systems and it's been a great source for me to groom my self within the company and to share lot of ideas. All of the team members are very much "Enthusiastic" and "Committed" to provide the finest service by utilizing his/her skills and ready to walk an extra mile for the benefit of company and clients. In order to serve clients with an exemplary service and to take the company to the next level of success, our Sr. Manager, Project Manager and the Team Leaders have been excellent in providing their support to Business Development. The Company where my career got the shape as a trainee and re-invented me as a TYPO3 developer and I am glad to work with DRC Systems which provide me the platform to explore my best of the knowledge in the IT industry. The team members of DRC Systems are really having good skill as the customer point of view and can accept any challenging task. The best part of the company is friendly working atmosphere, it is like a second home for me. It's a company where I have started my career as a TYPO3 developer since last 14 months and I am proud to be the member of DRC systems' team.
